1. Who operates this site

blastsoftwaresro.com is operated by BLAST software, s.r.o., a Private limited company (s.r.o.) registered in the Czech Republic on 29 December 2004 at the Krajský soud v Plzni (oddíl C, vložka 16820), registration number (IČO) 26383250, EU VAT number (DIČ) CZ26383250, registered office K Jezu 279, Sedlec, 332 02 Starý Plzenec, Czech Republic. 2. Who these terms are for

This is a business-to-business website. Our services are offered to businesses, public-sector bodies and other organisations acting in the course of their trade or profession, not to consumers. If you are a consumer within the meaning of §419 of the Czech Civil Code, we are not able to contract with you for the services described here.

3. Scope of the services we offer

We provide contracted software engineering and IT consultancy: custom software architecture and engineering, IT advisory and digital transformation consultancy, cloud infrastructure and DevOps, system integration, and legacy modernisation with database optimisation.

We expressly do not offer, and will not accept instructions for:

• Consumer technical support of any kind — we do not repair, clean up or tune personal devices
• Remote access to a member of the public’s computer, phone or home network
• Account recovery, password resets or “restoring access” to services we do not operate
• Antivirus, driver, registry or “PC optimisation” products and subscriptions
• Unsolicited support calls — we never telephone a member of the public about a problem with their device
• Any agency for Microsoft, Google, Apple or any other vendor’s consumer support desk

We also decline work involving gambling systems, adult content, unlicensed financial or medical services, surveillance of individuals without a lawful basis, circumvention of technical protection measures, and any system whose primary purpose is to mislead the people who use it.

4. The Solution Estimator returns no price

The estimator on /quote produces an indicative engineering profile — delivery phases, a duration band, team composition and the controls a data class implies. It does not produce a price, a quotation or an offer, and nothing it outputs is capable of acceptance so as to form a contract under §1731 of the Czech Civil Code.

It is generated from five answers and knows nothing about your systems. Duration bands are indications of typical effort for work of a similar shape, not commitments. A binding price follows a written proposal, and a written proposal follows a scoping conversation.

5. Enquiries and proposals

Submitting the enquiry or contact form creates no contract and no obligation on either side. We may decline any enquiry without giving a reason. A contract arises only when both parties sign a written agreement identifying the scope, the deliverables, the price and the payment terms.

Where we send a written proposal, it is valid for the period stated in it and may be withdrawn or amended before acceptance.

6. Intellectual property

6.1 In work we deliver

Intellectual property rights in bespoke software written for a client under a signed contract transfer to that client on full payment, as set out in that contract. We retain rights in our pre-existing tools, libraries and general know-how, and grant a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use them to the extent they are embedded in the delivered work. We do not require a licence back to the client's own code.

6.2 In this website

The content, design, source code and structure of blastsoftwaresro.com are the property of BLAST software, s.r.o.. You may read, print and quote it with attribution. You may not copy it wholesale to represent another business, and you may not present our company details, registration number or VAT number as your own.

7. Accuracy of what is published here

The company details on this site are taken from the Czech public registers and were verified against them on 19 August 2026. Service descriptions state what we do and how we contract; they contain no client names, performance statistics or testimonials, and nothing on this site should be read as a guarantee of a particular outcome for a particular project.

If you believe anything published here is inaccurate, write to info@blastsoftwaresro.com and we will correct it or remove it.

8. Availability and links

We aim to keep this site available but do not warrant uninterrupted access; it may be taken down for maintenance without notice. Links to public registers and to third-party privacy statements are provided so that you can verify our statements. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit or loss of data arising from use of this website. Liability for work we are contracted to perform is governed by the contract for that work, not by this page. Nothing here excludes liability for harm caused intentionally or by gross negligence, or for injury to natural rights, which cannot be excluded under §2898 of the Czech Civil Code.

10. Data protection

Personal data submitted through this site is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Cookies and consent are described in the Cookie Policy. Where we process personal data on a client's behalf under a contract, a data processing agreement under Article 28 GDPR forms part of that contract.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. The courts of the Czech Republic have jurisdiction over disputes arising from use of this website. We will always try to resolve a dispute directly first — write to info@blastsoftwaresro.com.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here on the date you use the site, and the date at the top shows when it last changed. Terms in a signed contract prevail over anything on this page.
