Infrastructure as code, systems that talk to each other
Cloud Infrastructure, DevOps & System Integration
Infrastructure defined in code, pipelines that deploy without ceremony, and integrations between ERP, CRM, payment, logistics and identity systems where retries, idempotency and reconciliation are designed in rather than discovered in production.
Most integration failures are not protocol failures. They are what happens on the second delivery of the same message, or on the hour the other side is down. We design for those cases first and treat the happy path as the easy part.
What the work involves
- Infrastructure as code on AWS, Microsoft Azure or a European provider of your choice
- Containerisation, orchestration and zero-downtime release strategies
- CI/CD pipelines with automated tests, migrations and rollback
- System integration: ERP, CRM, payments, logistics, SSO and identity providers
- Observability — structured logs, metrics, tracing and alerting that names an owner
What you receive
- Terraform or equivalent infrastructure definitions in your repository
- Deployment pipeline with a documented rollback path
- Integration contracts, message schemas and a reconciliation procedure
- Monitoring dashboards and an alert routing policy
A note on what this page is not
There are no client names, logos, project counts or performance figures anywhere on this site. Not because we have none, but because every one of them would be an advertising claim we would have to be able to evidence to the person who asked. What is here instead is the method, the deliverable and the contract shape — all of which you can hold us to.
