What we are licensed to do
The company holds the Czech unregulated trade “Výroba, obchod a služby neuvedené v přílohách 1 až 3 živnostenského zákona” (Unregulated trade — production, commerce and services not listed in Annexes 1 to 3 of the Trade Licensing Act), within which the relevant registered field of activity is:
“Poskytování software, poradenství v oblasti informačních technologií, zpracování dat, hostingové a související činnosti a webové portály”
Provision of software, information-technology consultancy, data processing, hosting and related activities, and web portals
Before the 2010 consolidation of Czech trade licences the same work was registered under “Poskytování software a poradenství v oblasti hardware a software”, issued on 29 December 2004 — the date the company itself was registered. That is the basis on which this site says “since 2004”, and it is checkable in the register rather than a marketing figure.
How we work
Small senior teams, written scope, your repository, your data in systems you control. Every engagement has a named engagement lead who is also the person you escalate to — there is no account manager layer between you and the people writing the code.
We work in two-week increments with something demonstrable at the end of each. If an increment shows that the plan was wrong, we say so in that increment rather than at the end of the phase.
We will decline work we are not the right supplier for. That is cheaper for both sides than discovering it in month three.
Contracting
- Contracts are with BLAST software, s.r.o. as an EU-registered legal entity.
- Intellectual property in bespoke work transfers to the client on payment, in writing.
- A data processing agreement is signed wherever we process personal data on your behalf.
- Invoicing is in EUR or CZK; VAT is handled under the EU reverse-charge mechanism where it applies.
Scope of business
What we sell, and what we do not
Repeated here from the home page because it is the single most important thing to be unambiguous about.
We provide
- Custom software designed, built and handed over under a written contract with a named business client
- Independent IT advisory and architecture review, delivered as a written report
- Cloud infrastructure, DevOps pipelines and integration work on systems the client owns or controls
- Modernisation and database work on the client’s own legacy applications
- Maintenance for software we built or formally took over, under an agreed support contract
We do not provide
- Consumer technical support of any kind — we do not repair, clean up or tune personal devices
- Remote access to a member of the public’s computer, phone or home network
- Account recovery, password resets or “restoring access” to services we do not operate
- Antivirus, driver, registry or “PC optimisation” products and subscriptions
- Unsolicited support calls — we never telephone a member of the public about a problem with their device
- Any agency for Microsoft, Google, Apple or any other vendor’s consumer support desk
What this website deliberately does not contain
No client names or logos. No project counts, satisfaction percentages or delivery statistics. No testimonials. No awards. No stock photographs of people presented as our team. Every one of those is an advertising claim, and an advertising claim we cannot evidence to the person who asks for proof does not belong on a website — least of all one used as an advertising destination.
What is here instead: the register entries, the method, the deliverables, the contract terms and a telephone number that is answered. Those are all checkable.
