Advisory work here means reading your code, your infrastructure and your delivery process, then writing down what we found and what we would change in what order. We are paid for the assessment, not for the implementation that may or may not follow it.
What the work involves
- Architecture and code review against the load and the roadmap you actually have
- Build-versus-buy analysis with the assumptions written out so you can challenge them
- Technical due diligence for investment, acquisition or vendor selection
- Delivery-process review: branching, environments, release cadence, on-call
- A prioritised roadmap with effort bands, dependencies and stated risks

A note on what this page is not
There are no client names, logos, project counts or performance figures anywhere on this site. Not because we have none, but because every one of them would be an advertising claim we would have to be able to evidence to the person who asked. What is here instead is the method, the deliverable and the contract shape — all of which you can hold us to.
